Real Estate Copywritter
I am looking for a very good copy witter. I need copy for a 4 page web site as well as 2 email templates.
There will be a Realtor page which will discuss the different options for mortgage lending to assist their clients no matter the state (FHA V conventional etc etc) and the how we offer a referral fee to all Realtors who send their clients to us. It will mention we work with 100’s of banks and in each state and can find the best loan for their client. It will mention that can make a percent of the loan commission by refer their clients to us.
There will be a Loan Originator page which will discuss how we can send 100’s of qualified leads no matter the state they are in. It will mention that we work with 100’s of Realtors in each state and can send them highly qualified leads. It MUST mention that these leads are not basic people looking for information. The leads are people who have already found the house they are looking for and are working with a realtor, a very very serious buyer.
The 3rd page will have our contact info.
The home page must be SEO friendly speak about mortgage lending, mortgage leads for Loan Originators and Referral fees for realtors.
Copy must be in prefect English and be SEO friendly.
