Quick Wp Blog Tweaks

I need a few quick tweaks to my blog. Mainly inserting a photograph into the header and a little text changing my social media contact box, inserting an designing an optin box and connecting it to my auto-responder, sorting categories and a few very minor tweaks. My blog url is www.sofiasaide.com.
