Repair WordPress Installation
I have a wordpress blog.
I upgraded it can no the site does not work.
I have placed a static page up for the moment.

(When I take it down it simply shows nothing)

I do have a copy of the database. Also in C-panel (Simple Scripts) there are several backups but when I restore them nothing changes.
