Css Edits To WordPress Theme

we have this theme:

We need some edits done to make it look closer to the images attached.
*ALL GRAPHICS WILL BE PROVIDED, NO GRAPHIC WORK REQUIRED
Please view the images, each page it in the title (Home, About, Item)
2)the Newsletter / Subscription area of the website will be integrated with iContact as a contact management / newsletter system. www.icontact.com . I know there are icontact widgets available.
