WordPress Multi User Customize
Install and customize a wordpress multi user ( wpmu ) and design a magazine style theme for it.
The site will host more than 40 blogs.
The language: Arabic (right to left)
the first page should contains:
1- Highlights News in the top should show 4 or 5 news articles posted by the administrator.
2- Members area in the middle contains the new posts entered in the members blogs. (each member 1 post)
3- The menu should include members blogs directory, the board members, members name list, directors.

The membership is not open for every one, it should be only by the admin.
