Looking to hire a designer/programmer on a month-to-month basis to help style both website / code.

As well as minor functionality changes to onMouseOver / onHover actions, adjust some other minor settings, and add some WordPress admin functions, etc.
ESCROW will be offered at 50% of MONTHLY BID with the remaining 50% escrow sent after 10 days.
ESCROW with have mutually “agreed upon” tasks for each workday (20 per month) and will be released “daily or weekly” upon completion of these tasks.
BIDS are for 160 HOURS TOTAL (40 hours per week / 4 weeks)
