We are a startup real estate website and we need the following done as soon as possible.
A) Implementation of custom graphic design. No actual graphic design needed. ONLY implementation.
B) Installation of Joomla and WordPress CMS for me to freely edit and manage pages within the layout. Also a separate site for blog and actual site.
C) Implmentation of IDX, again no programming just customization to adapt to layout. Sample: http://socal.demo.idx.rewidx.com
Escrow payment and released when project completely finished. No upfront payment.
