I am looking for an Article Directory script created.

I want a better design.
Similar and Simple Functionalities like the example above.
The only extra thing i’ll need is Choose/Change Templates from Admin.
You will create 2 front-end designs..They must be Changeable through Admin.
Budget: 100$ Max.
