Web Based Form
Need to build up a web based data entry form should be able to store in SQL or MS SQL or Access and need to be able to print out a report from the data entered. Should be able to edit the data entered and should be able to add/modify the data by administrators only and should be able to add text in every form and be able to print out a report at any time we want or when it’s completed. The database needs to be saved in a server in our office so that we can edit and print faster from our server at our office.
