1. You are not allowed to use the project as your reference, don’t pass links to our projects or give it to anyone under any circumstance. Our cooperation remains between us, noone from outside should know something about this.

2. After finishing and payment of the project, it passes into my ownership.
3. My company is a professional webdesign company in Austria, so I have professional clients and it’s very important that they will be satisfied to 100%. Because of this it will be necessary that you are working until everyone is completely satisfied, even if it requires repeated corrections.
4. Never contact the client directly.

6. You are not allowed to injure third-party rights. If you are violating any rights or laws -> any appearing problems and consequences with reference to this project like lawsuit, penalties,… passes into your area of authority.

Subject is to create a shop with xt:Commerce including the following accomplishments:
[x] xt/os:commerce
[x] individual design upon consultation
[x] installation
[x] interactive element (maybe flash or gallery – 100 small pictures, if you move over them they will become immediately big)
[x] affiliate system (settlement should be easy)
[x] payment: paypal, prepayment and credit card
[x] integrate google analytics
[x] Newsletter (if someone downloads a free product sample he has to leave the mail addy – should become advertise mails at an interval of 3 days)
[x] automatic invoice and order confirmation
[x] optimization
[x] 2 languages – german/english -> automatic english if someone views the site from an english speaking country
[x] FAQ Site (incl. form)
[x] shop ready to run with all necessary texts – after sale an order confirmation with 48hours validity
[x] start with 6 products
