I need very strong, big, capable to do all types of works compay or team. You can say a team or company of having 25 to 30 employees, able to face all types of works. YOU MUST BE EQUIPPED WITH ALL TYPES OF LATEST TECHNOLOGIES.
Work introduction:
Unlimited works. No fixed limit for each month – may be 20, 30, 50, 100 or more.
Budget will be from $100 to $100k per month. And you need to agree with these budgets.
All types of website works. From simple to complex. Examples are:

and more. These are examples only but you have work on all types of websites.
Will you send you job formats, job requirements, feedback format sent by clients afterwards. Those will help you people to understand how the client writes requirements detail, how he wants feedback from us, after sending feedback from his client how he wants to work out on those changes, etc.
The project will come by assigning a job number like Job: 17211, job: 17215, etc
The system is, I will send you the job, you go through that, start to develope, if any questions send me the question list.
In each day you can get 4, 5, 6 or 7 or more projects togather.
Each job will contain detail description including budget and deadline. You can’t burgain will deadline and price.
Nature of working and client’s nature/mentality:
He is a very fast client. He may give 3 to 8 projects each day and will ask for updates on all (if small projects) on next day or will mention which job update requires when and by how much.
We have to run with him, with his mentality.
He is having his own godaddy servers. First you will work in your server and will upload to his server so that he can show to his client. He will provide ftp details, username and password.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Must be okay with not accepting funds for a project until the project is 100% complete. More on this later. Funds will be paid in full via paypal or Bank transfer. We outsource anywhere between 15k-45k or sometimes $100k jobs per month to 1 company. Because of this we expect to be able to pretty much set our own payment terms and payment amounts for the most part. We will not ask you to work on a 3 month project with no deposit.
2. Must communicate on a daily basis. We do too much work to not keep in touch with on a daily basis. Need regular updates which will be given to you.
3. Must have a enough staff to handle work loads.
4. Must offer PHP, ASP, Flash and javascript programming.
5. Must send updates on project that we specify we need updates on the next day. Format is there. You have to follow.
7. Must be able to hit deadlines.
8. While we are flexible on this to some extent, must work for the budget that we determine for a project. We send too much work to be strong armed payment wise.
9. Must communicate with us on a daily basis.
10. Must speak at least passible english
11. All work must be done on our server or your server.
12. Can work in night time also.
13. No ignorance is allowed.
14. NO CRAZY BID PLEASE.
15. MUST SHOW PORTFOLIO OR WEBSITES TO PROOF REALLY YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS. BIDS WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT ANY PORTFOLIO.
