CONCEPT BRIEF: This project is designing and developing a web based information site with search engine capability. It will allow visitors to check for information, review and book for local restaurants and events. Similar features and functions required of two popular existing websites. These two site’s functions and features need to be combined (details will be supplied).
Visitors who become members will be able to enter and share their reviews and ratings of restaurants and events visited.
Businesses listing their restaurant and events would be able to enter their details and upload images.
Regular emails to be sent to members about useful local information, updates, deals etc. The site will accept advertisements, offer deals and provide links to travel and local events.
The site will be simple clean, minimalist, professional and user friendly.

Your bid/ quote need to be detailed proposals with timeline, functions, features, costs, warranty period, so that there would be no misunderstanding at a later stage.
