We are looking for programmer to that can install script on our site that will pull video files from a server directory

Page where script will have where user can pick different videos we upload to server directory. We want to be able to just upload video to server and have webpage update as we upload movie file. Also would be nice to view it in a media player is not to complicated.
All files uploaded will be WMV
Project is low budget
