Paypal (small 1 Hour Work)
I need an interface that will allow users to subscribe, upgrade, downgrade, cancel their PayPal subscription OR make one time payment.
I DO NOT need help with integration just a simple script that does the job.

* This is for a STANDARD BUSINESS PayPal ACCOUNT. Should not require Website Payment Pro.
* Should not require customer to have paypal account.
