YOU WILL BE BIDDING ON PART 1 of THIS PROJECT. PART 2 IS INCLUDED SO YOU KNOW ABOUT FUTURE DEVELOPMENT.

ESCROW REQUIRED

PURPOSE: To track the real time movement of a laptop using a GPS receiver upadting the GPS data in 1 minute intervals. Laptop will be in a vehicle using Microsft Streets and trips for navigation. Only 1 GPS receiver will be connected to the laptop.

PART 1

DESCRIPTION: Project requires the detection of a GPS device (USB or bluetooth possibly being concurrently used by MS Streets and Trips) on a laptop using Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7 operating systems and then saving the data (lat long time) once every minute to a file that can be uploaded to a MySQl database. The file will be later used in google maps

1 – Launch from desktop
2 – All NMEA0183 protocol versions supported
3 – programmed in C# and .NET framework
4 – real time GPS data
5 – Automatic recovery of lost connections
6 – Display of data sets viewable on desktop in real time
7 – start/stop/reset buttons to start stop and clear data collection
8 – Completed project will consiste of BOTH the source code and Compiled EXE file

PART 2

DESCRIPION: Upload data to MySQL database when internet connection is avaliable.

1 – automatic detection of internet connection
2 – automatic upload of data to MySQL database
3 – Display data sets on website via google maps using two possible selections. Prefer javascript for google maps and XML for data set updating from MySQL database data
A – displays all points with start time and connects data sets using line
B – Displays animated movement of marker,. updates data sets once per minute, by deleting displayed marker and replacing it with a marker using the most updated dataset uploaded from the program.

This is a quick 1 day project for a programmer that is familiar with GPS C# .NET
