I want a working and easily customizable Penny Auction script with the general features of Swoopo/Beezid/Bidvenue. This is a minimal-development project. You should already have a working script available and will customize as necessary.
Key feature is speed. The website should be lightweight and fast even for dial-up/low bandwidth internet connections.
