Php.ini Change Upload Size

My developer does not know how to change php.ini through SSH
Please before bidding make sure the error you see is because of php.ini
These are the changes needed
memory_limit-
current value- 32M
Required value- 200M
upload_max_filesize-
current value- 25M
Required value- 100M
