I need a system where a person creates a unique GROUP name. They enter a group name, some tags, contact information and a password along with uploading a picture (when they upload picture, we adjust the size so all pictures have same size thumbnail) and whether the group is private or public (if it’s private, you need a secret code to join it). Once that’s created, PEOPLE can come to the website (www.name.com/groupname) and they will see the group information there along with a button to “join group”. To join group, a person enters their contact information, some tags, a password along with uploading a picture. When a person logs in as PEOPLE, they can search the group by typing a name or word and we bring up all the people in that group that have matching string in either their name, contact info, tags, etc. ( so they can find friends easily) When a group owner logs in to the GROUP profile, they’re able to change the group information or picture. They’re also able to generate a PDF catalog of all the people in the group to download and print (php to automatically format and create PDF). Every group and person profile has a button that says “Mark as offensive” and, if anyone presses that, the profile is marked “suspended” and can’t be unsuspended until reviewed by an admin or a group owner.
