Custom Pdf Invoice Oscommerc 2

I got pdf invoice in oscomerce shop, but my client wants his own business pdf invoice to be used for that as a background.

Also need to have strringreplace function for â‚¬ to € and all tags stripped, need it done asap

so no <b> etc
