Bugs Need To Be Fixed

Dear sir,

there is specific each bug at each of my two sites, one is RSS, you can see the link:http://teachersemployment.org/rss.php, the other is at category in admin board at exchangelanguages.org, you can see the attached screenshot.

Besides, that, the main page at exchangelanguages.org seems loading slower, it would be fixed if you can.
