Video Conference (one To One)

I am a web developer and I need help to complete a website.
The only thing I need is : very very simple web application that works like skype software (skype[dot]com) with only this feature:
Video & Sound Call :
With high quality video feature, sharp and clear sound.
It should be work in low speed internet connections.
I don’t need anything else.
