I require the installation of a tell-a-friend script from http://www.super-tell-a-friend.com/ .
The resulting page on my website at http://www.mydomain.com/tell-a-friend.php should look like this one when project is finished: http://www.super-tell-a-friend.com/super-tell-a-friend-demo/import2.php .
A Demo Screnshot is also attached. Page(ie http://www.mydomain.com/tell-a-friend.php) must look exactly like the demo screenshot when the installation is done. No deviations: Same size, same colour, etc.
