Contract Management System
I would like to have a database system developed that will assist in my contract management
The must be a front end and back end section for administration
The front end must be similar to the operation of
www.miamidade.gov/dpm
Contract Section
Vendor Information
I must be able to upload Bulk vendor information to the database using an excel spreadsheet.
There must be an online form on the front end that allows vendors to register as a vendor and then sends their application to the admin for approval.
Contract Management
The contract management section should allow admin to upload contracts for the following
Advertise:
I must be able to upload contract to advertise to my vendor base. I should be able to imput all the contract information and allow it to be viewable to the public until a certain date and time.
all my vendors will regrister under certain comodity codes. So I want to be able to automaticly email and notify each vendor regristerred under a the commodity code I choose for each contract by email. All documents will be uploaded and downloaded in PDF form. Also every time a vendor logs in to view the contract I want his info to be recorded.
Contract Award:
After I award a contract I want to system to generate an award sheet with the information that I will input in the system back end
After Award:
I want the system to maintain an online log of all the contracts and award sheets in the system that’s also searchable.
An extra option
I would like to later on offer this system to other people who will sign up for a membership and pay a fee to manage their contract database
More details will be discussed with the awarded programmers
This should be an easy project for someone who good with databases. I would like this to be programmed in PHP and Mysql.
