When the visitor submits the form I need the data entered to be submitted to get response like normal, but when they are redirected to the second page I need the data they entered in the form to transfer over to the new form on page two…
here are the two pages. I need the data entered on this page:

to transfer over to the corresponding fields on this page after submission of the form at the link above(data must still go to get response also):

The script must work with get response, and I require full instructions on how to install and use the script.
