Javaforms Design Hook With Php
I am in need of some one who can create java forms and connect it up with mysql sample database and creating this should be attractive and simple.(you dont need to update or delete from database All you need is to connect it with database). I need at least half of it to be done in next 10 hours or so. Be quick. Forms available in attached document. I am selecting some one in next hour at maximum.
