we need a custom shopping cart solution to meet the needs of our client. attached to this project are 2 PDF’s of wireframes for the essential website functionality. please review them in order to understand the functionality needed for the site.
if you are able to use an opensource shopping cart and modify it to meet the needs of the site, please state so in your bid as well as which opensource platform you would use. if you are doing custom from the ground up, please note that in your bid as well.
