Joomla Firefox Ie 6 7 Optimize

this site needs to be optimized for IE 6 7 8 , Chrome etc and firefox to look the same in both without any error ..
Also to replace the rounded corner to a “normal” method as it uses now the ” border-radius.htc method ” i need the div div div div made out of images with any images .. i just want to replace the corner/side images with mine after its done .. so you DONT have to design the images .. just use any basic .. that i can replace ..
