We are looking for a Clone of an ajax/php real-time chat room widget/plugin for wordpress.

Features requred:
Facebook style “chat bar” that runs unobtrusively on the bottom of the page and can be minimized out of the way

Allows for guest and registered users via open id/twitter/facebook login (ease of use)

Compatibile with ie 6/7/8, firefox, opera, safari, chrome

PHP script gets installed on site, no hosting requirement

Admin panel, for moderation, spam control

Public/private communication

Multiple windows

Ability to add advertisement (meebo style)

Ability to log chat/simple analytics (user ip etc)
