Os Date Site
I have an OS Date site and I need to add a splash page to it. I also need to make modifications on the registration process so that people won’t see profiles on the site right away. I need to make it look like these site;

I have the design graphic and everything else. All I need to be done is to add the splash page and rearrange the registration process and some other minor things.
