I am looking for someone to clone: who-calls-me.-com (remove the dashes) I need the same functionality but with no user sign-in or register function. Needs a basic admin area to delete tagged comments.
I prefer it being built with php/smarty/mysql with simple clean code.
Maximum budget is $200 and expected turnaround is 1 week.
