we have a website using an oscommerce cart system
we would like it to be redesigned to look like the following website:

basically
front page to have multi-tabs and drop down menus from each tab
3 columns under the tabs – professional, consumer and just ask
under these 3 columns drop down menus( can send u a link on this)
also to set up our paypal account
we weill have digital media and books for sale
as well teleconferences.
Just Ask will be a very important feature of our website..
I have some pages done, the previous programmer never finished the work for us… and never responded so have lots of the pages done- but need fine tuning.
also seo work- will provide metatags

i have provided an attachment what it will look like- like i mentioned the work was not finished.. For some reason on the attachment- NONE OF THE TABS ARE SHOWING UP- BUT THEY SHOULD BE THERE..
I would like to discuss a podcast as an add on and discuss what would be the best way to sell digital media without customers copying it… perhaps they can only see it on our website in flash…
not sure what the answer to this is…
