Dublicating A Website
I need to duplicate a Website and add some features i need.
Its called the free traffic system. Please check that site thoroughly and place bids. I will not choose any programmers who bid high and later decrease.
The Project should be completed as soon as possible. For a clever programmer it will be very easy if he knows what he/she is doing. and Payments will be done after completion.
