The site must be designed with SEO friendly URLs for top ranking in major search engines,powerful and robust admin system and also must be bug free and guaranteed.

Please do not ask me to visit your company profile porfolio. just provide me with me with the links to 2 or 3 classified website you have developed and is proving successful, you need to give me the user ID and password of the frond and back ends of the websites to prove they are developed by you.
WARNING: In my initial project, some of you provided websites you did not develop but ran away when asked for a prove. If i notice something like that this time, i will report you to Criptlance.
Regular update is a must, selected bidder must provide me with dailly update, as well as link to preview the designs every step along the way.
Bidder can not list their link on the completed website and all open source code and copyright license must be included in the bid price.
