4. copyright owner
5. rating (age restriction)
6. requirements
7. customer ratings / average

11. update / version info (if there is any)
12. screenshots
13. customer reviews
many sites do it. for example : http://app-store.appspot.com/, appbeacon.com, appshopper.com, apptism.com
