Convert Cgi Script To Php
I have the script for the assessment here http://bit.ly/Jkuf8 which is written in Perl/CGI (Perl IV) and I need it converted to PHP and use a MySQL database.
-MySQL database needs to store all data the user inputs such as name, sex, age, country, and answers to all 300 questions as well as their results. NEED TO ADD EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER AS DATA POINTS AS WELL
-Control (css) over the whole look and feel of each page
-Graphs on results page to be real graphs rather than what it is now. Many free tools out there like fusioncharts, open flash chart, etc.
-Want to have a “print” function on the results page that will print the results in pdf
The best way to approach this would be to submit fake information to the assessment to see how it works. You can guess on all the answers and select all the data it requests or else it will not work correctly.
