Registration Page
I need to add 7 additional fields to my website’s registration page:
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Gender
4. Date of Birth
5. Country
6. State
7. Zip Code

I’m looking for an experienced programmer with exellent reviews to do a quality job! Add the word “Red” to show me that you have read this post. Attached is my current registration page. Also, the members should be able to edit their own iformation in “My Account” page.
