Need Website Or Script

My name is Kris and I’m new here,my english writing is not perfect, but I hope you understand what I need.
I have the next project who can clone a website like this example http://www.vakansee.nl Or is it just a script that I need I do not know exactly how it works.The website get the datafeed and I think the images from 3 or 4 different affilliate companies.I need the same script or website,the layout the same,but the design template of course different
I would like a similar website or is it a script.Is this compatibel with joomla sites.All the affilliates links need to be nofollow.
When this become a good project (Price ,and Qualität ) I have more work to do.
