Notice Board / Message Board
I need a simple php based script for a notice board /message board.
and it must look and behave like this message board in this example website.

but my site wont require as much complexity. there will be fewer fields in the post form.
i might decide that i want the users to be able to attach images to their post aswell so keep that in mind also. depends on whether it will cost a lot more to add that option in terms of hosting costs and admin costs in moderating the content of images so will need to research a bit more on that.
a simple search for the whole site will be required and must be similar to this example website

also i want to add a free nice looking chat room. example would be something like mibbit chat or if you know of a better one then i would be interested in looking at it.
i want other users to be able to reply to posted messages in order to contact the poster like on gumtree and craigslist, but this also depends on the cost of providing this option.
