we need a simple PHP script for a college project as per attached image shown.
2 basic Webforms and a display table with the relevant data displayed.
Webform 2 must generate a SKU number with the given format when saved.
The 2 MySQL tables must be created with (PK & FK) relationship and the
database script and connection must be included in the project.
