Psd To Xhtml/css And Web Form
I need the two PSD files (attached) converted to high quality, well-formed XHTML/CSS.
I also need the “innerPage.psd” to include a simple web form (specs to be provided) to gather RSVP info and populate a mySQL DB. After populating DB (full form validation; check for duplicates; etc) it should show a “Thank You” page.
