Incoming Email_plesk
Last week we migrated to a new server from an unstable one.
A local IT person moved our database and architecture. The domains work fine.
Our incoming email from the server (POP3), however, is not working. In MS Outlook I am asked to enter a user name and password when I hit submit. (No problem with outgoing.)
Our IT person is new to Plesk. Is this a Plesk issue? Or this an issue in connection with Windows 2003 Server,which provides a Mail Enable suite? Either way. I’d like to be able to retrieve my email.
Please let me know.
