Coming Soon Page In Joomla

I’m looking for a person who can help me make a professional “Coming Soon” page for a website script that I’m waiting for. I got the domainname and I want to show people that the website is coming soon.
I also would like a newsletter function, so people can sign up and get a mail, when the website is online.
