I need a complete new website pretty much cloned from these 2 websites.

This is what I do need at least
1. shopping cart
2. admin backend to manage products (price, image and other details)
3. payment gateway integration (paypal or other as you specified)
5. product photo gallery
6. inventory management (at backend)
7. other info. pages, contact us page etc.
8. seo
New website must be launched by 1st January 2011 the latest.
I am by no means an expert in the world of websites etc, but I do know what I like and would expect ongoing help and support once my website is completed, which I of course will pay for based on a time basis.
Lastly your portfolio will be very important.
