The apps will allow viewing of a smart phone’s camera from either a web page or another smart phone. Similar to monitoring CCTV.
1. Web application for remotely accessing a smart phone “station” (such as iPhone) allowing a user to access the hardware functions of that phone, namely the video camera, and mic and being able to turn on and turn off those functions. The web application must also be able to set a function on the “station” such as input of a pre-programmed speed dial number for calling a “remote” smart phone.
2. Native App for a smart phone known as a “remote” for remotely accessing another smart phone “station” (such as iPhone) allowing a user to access the hardware functions of that phone, namely the video camera, and mic and being able to turn on and turn off those functions. The “remote” smart phone app must have the ability to accept, reject, or forward the video chat request from the “station”.
3. Native App for a smart phone known as a “station” as mentioned in 1 and 2 of these specs, which will act as a remote video station for “web to smart phone” or “smart phone to smart phone” video chat. The native app for the “station” will will also have a one button(speed dial, preferably a harware button) activation to automatically send video chat function to a pre-programmed smart phone number of a smart phone known as the “Remote”. It is assumed that this “station” will use a wi-fi connection for video chat communication.
These are the basic requirements for the task so if you are able to provide such applications or at least some of the functions of these apps, please indicate:
a) which functions or apps are possible and which are not possible.
b) a bid on the tasks you will definitely be able to complete
c) a time estimate to complete the those functions or apps.
