I need a php and css expert with good communication skills to work on my custom site. You will need to know php because you might need to find the changes in the right place to edit layouts etc. It is a custom built site. I can show you the samples of the final look i have in mind but it is not a photoshop file. You will need to write your own css and add own images if needed
