I would like to build an e-commerce portal where both consumers and service/product providers can bid. I would like the site to cater to the re cycling, environment market. The portal will have a social network and ratings capability, a blog area, a members forum, amongst other functions. it will be similar to craigslist and alibaba but catered to each market,it will be like scriptlance but in a different market. ie and canada, USA as well as regionalization. This will require ongoing support. the site will need to be easy for us to add and remove information, it will need to be secure and hack proof so that it can take secured payment and information transfers.
