Custom Order Page
I need an order page that connects to both Paypal and Authorize.net the order page will collect the following data
Step 1
1) First Name
2) Last Name
Company Email address:
Re Enter Company Email address:
At this step user needs to be added to our maililng system

THe API must be used to properly track this user, if user complets all steps user is moved from LIst 1 to list 2.
If user does not complete steps user remains on list 1. iF user comes back at antoher time he remains in list 1 until he finishes the entire
check out process. THere is an api to send the calls.

Page will consist of one product with a price of 10.00

On completion need to charge the cart with authorize.net ,
if user select paypal need to send to paypal and on success payment to success page.
After success need to post all collected data to a form on our site. form1.php
