I am looking to replicate this template design, using CSS.

Basically I am looking to get the outline design and including the left sidebar, Please note I do not need the navigation bar (the content can start in the same place as it currently is – giving me more space in the header)
I would like 15 parent links set up (no child links) please use generic names like page 1 etc…
I need the footer set up as on the site, I can add the site hyperlinks later
I would also like the following 3 pages to be replicated
One with just blank space instead of the multiple images on the home page
