This has to be a combination of link and article directory.
Here are the details of what I want
1. need to be able to put multiple links under 1 name (as parts)
2. need to be able to use like an article page without link
3. need to be have multi level categories
4. need to be able to associate icons with categories
5. users should be able to submit links/articles (I should be able to approve)
6. Admin area with ability to add multiple links at a time
