I need a quite simple CRM script to manage my outbound calls and inbound calls
Basically it must have a dashboard where i get alarms (to do things) and a separated management for prospect calls (people to be contacted) and contact (inbound calls which get offers)
Both sections must have stats like how many records we have, how many called people today,etc
The “inbound” section must have offers management.
